     US Flag & Signal has a rich history of manufacturing flags for the US and State
   Government, Commercial entities, as well as private organizations; we have been doing so since 1920.  We realize that quality and customer service is not a byline of a good company. It is an expectation of each of our customers, and we strive to make it our priority.

Company Principals

     Dory Wilgus, President, first joined US Flag & Signal’s staff as a Sewing Machine Operator in 1976.  Ed Capps Jr., Vice President joined the company in 1998 as the Office Administrator. They purchased the company in 1998 and expanded to the Portsmouth location in 2005.  Their partnership and expertise has been the catalyst of unprecedented growth during the companies 90 year history.
